Please note, due to the unique nature of our items, all sales are final unless damage has occurred during transit.
We believe shipping costs shouldn't hold you back from the products you love so we've made discounted shipping available to you. Rest easy knowing we value your business and the importance of reasonable shipping. Much to our regret--as a small business--we are unable to offer free shipping except through special promotions. Thank you for your understanding.
Damage to merchandise while in transit is rare, but occasionally does happen. Should your piece arrive damaged--if available--we will do our best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible. Due to the unique vintage nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged from shipping. We offer precise descriptions and photos for all of our items, as well as document any imperfections of our vintage goods via product description and photos. Our team works very carefully to inspect all items and package them securely before they are shipped. Please inspect your order and if your item(s) are damaged due to transit, contact customer service at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to notify us with detailed photos of the damage. Once evaluated, we will start the insurance claim process. Beyond this 48 hour timeline, we will be unable to correct the issue. It is our highest priority to ensure your customer satisfaction.
LEAD TIME & SHIPPING
Once your order has been placed, most item(s) will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. Please allow 1-3 weeks for lighting and rugs. Custom items may also require a longer lead time, due to the fact that these items are outsourced by other small businesses. Please note, changes to an order, including payment and address changes cannot be made after your order has been placed. Please check your information carefully prior to ordering.
Our team works hard to update our site often to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping time frames. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes to the item(s) in your order and we will ship any available items.
